Lecture Notes on UFO properties by Herman Oberth

Dr. Hermann Oberth, one of the founders of astronautics and Wernher von Braun's mentor in rocket technology, had been outspoken on the non-terrestrial  nature of UFOs since 1954. The following are from his lecture notes that he gave in a talk in Germany. He dismisses most reports in his notes as known objects and then concentrates on the smaller percentage of unexplained reports and the characteristics of UFOs such as high acceleration.
