The project development cycle is a structured method to coordinate the development of any activity that will be sponsored by the SCU. It is a future oriented document to allow the SCU to have a uniform method of successfully developing projects as the SCU grows in membership and complexity.It also provides a documented method that can be provided to outside organizations who may wish to grant funds or resources to the SCU and know that the SCU has a professional system to complete its objectives.
